All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Miami, Florida. Please allow 4 to 5 weeks after order completion for the processing of your order.
After your order has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation with corresponding tracking number and expected delivery date.
Each piece made as a hat, tiara, crown, helmet or mask will depend on its shipment according to its weight and volume. The combos are calculated their weight and volume according to the quantity and size selected.
You can track your order directly through USPS or UPS as indicated, by visiting their website.

Orders placed on-line are not available for rush delivery. All rush orders must be placed over the phone (305-469-6394) and will be considered the costs and approval.

We can make international shipments using the company that the client selects or is appropriate to make your shipment. 101 Collections party is not responsible, does not guarantee delivery times, nor assumes damages caused by the shipping companies.
